Hardcore pr0n

And here's Kiva. Okay, now I've got some V3 to catch up on.

Spoilers and lots of arguing ahead.

Can you feel their love?

Kamen Rider Kiva Episode 7: "Hymn: The Three Star's Full Course of Darkness"

Kivat-Bat talks about the violin again (this time its history in Japan) over a recap of Basshaa Form doing his thing. All this stuff is on the official site and probably in the fansubbed versions which I haven't seen.

Wataru & Shizuka meet Megumi, getting out of the hospital. Nago shows up with a bouquet of roses, ticking Megumi off. An argument ensues between them; Megumi is ready to leave but Nago still thinks she should remain a patient. Get ready people, there's going to be a lot of bickering between them in this one.

1986. Some old guy on his bed talks to another man (Count Inukai...I *think* it's Inukai) whose face begins to crack, showing his Fangire side, as the other man dissolves away. The Count launches into a big nonsensical inner monologue in true villain style.

1986. At the cafe, Jirô drinks coffee while Yuri talks to him, thanking him for saving her, but asking why a total stranger would. Shima then arrives, And Kido announces an early close. Jirô disapproves.

2008. Shima talks to Nago & Megumi about a particular restaurant. Seems people who eat there keep turning up dead! And that's never good for business. I like the music during this part, very BLACK-ish.

1986. Shima is yakking on about a similar thing here as well. Otoya enters, ticking off Yuri. Shima wants Yurito investigate the situation and Otoya offers his help. "We'll go together. I'll protect you!"

Shima considers this, and mentions that since he (sorta) helped save Yuri, he can go. She says he's lying. He insists that he has to come. "Okay, I'll give you one more chance". Yuri protests.

"Why!?"

"He's interesting."

2008. Wataru is examining flower petals while Shizuka watches. He then finds a centipede, which scares the crap out of her. He asks her to hold it while he answers his phone. Shizuka screams her head off in the background as he answers.

It's Megumi, looking at shoes. She has a "Date" with Nago, which is really an undercover operation. Shizuka chucks the centipede and is going to talk to Megumi but she hangs up. Nago appears, much to Wataru's relief. He asks him a favor.

"You said you'd do aything for me, right?"

Nago shows his "apprentice" a magazine with a picture of the restaurant.

1986. Jirô leaves the cafe and Yuri & Otoya follow him, although Otoya has no interest in him at all. But Yuri feels something about him... Otoya instead tries to impress Yuri with a magic trick, but as this causes her to become distracted and lose
sight of Jirô. She takes hr anger out on Otoya, who is wearing one of the dorkiest jackets ever, even for the 80's.

2008. Megumi, waiting for Wataru, is approached by Nago. Yes, more fighting.

At the infamous restaurant. Nago & Megumi (on their fake date) are getting a speech by the Count (who is also head chef) from earlier. He talks about the special food they'll be eating, but I really think he just likes to hear his own voice. Megumi thinks it's actually delicious and starts pigging out, much to Nago's disgust (he also asks her to not cut her steak with a butter knife.)

It turns out Wataru is their waiter. This is all part of Nago's master plan. Megumi protests loudly at the danger he's placed Wataru in. Nago & Megumi get into another argument. The Count asks them to leave as they're bothering other customers. Another customer mentions the delicious food. As the Count closes the doors, his face begins to crack into stained glass...

As Wataru leaves that night, Megumi beckons to him from her hiding place outside the restaurant. She mentions how weird "that guy" is. Wataru jumps to Nago's defense, going on about how nice and kind he is, but she's actually talking about the Count.

Nago talks to Wataru, and Wataru is torn over his conflicting feelings for
his hero, who also wants to kill Kiva. He decides to ask him something.

"You said you'd destroy Kiva."

"He's an enemy of humanity."

"I think that's wrong."

"Why do you think that?"

"Well..."

But Nago cuts him off and storms away.

Wataru & Kivat-Bat are in the bath again. Wataru wonders why people fight, why they can't all just get along...

1986. Jirô & Shima talk with Yuri in the background. Shima mentions how (according to Yuri) he would be a good asset to fighting the Fangire. But Jirô has other things to do at the moment...

2008. The Count is working on his evil food. Wataru appears, the man tells him it's time to leave, quite angrily. Wataru obliges. I kind of have a feeling that the Count's great food is going to turn out to be made from dead people or something, but that might be a little two intense for Sunday morning entertainment. Then again, wait until the end of this episode...

A customer from his restaraunt is being trailed by Megumi. She meets her boytoy and they walk off, unaware of their impending doom.

Wataru is plaing on the violin, thinking about Megumi & Nago, and wondering why they fight.

The Count, now dressed in his best, walks up to the couple, talking about his cooking again. He turns into the Prawn Fangire, and goes after the man first,
draining his life energy. Megumi saves the woman from a similar fate.

The Bloody Rose stops playing. Wataru knows what to do.

Megumi & the woman run for it, Megumi shotting at the monster who sprays some kind of foam to knock her back. He kills the other woman, and prepares to leave. Wataru summons Kiat-Bat who attacks the Fangire, and then comes to Wataru.

"Henshin!"

Kiva (Kiva Form) & the Prawn Fangire fight. Fangire pulls out a spearaxe-type weapon and gains the upper hand.

In Castle Dran, the guys are making a house of cards. Garulu tells them to be quiet as he concentrates. Kiva summons Garulu. He runs off, knocking the house over in the process. Kiva becomes Garulu Form. Garulu forms battles the Fangire, beating the crap outta him. Suddenly, Nago appears from behind a truck. The Prawn Fangire runs off. Nago attacks Kiva himself, but he too escapes, leaving Nago alone. I gotta say that Nago is incredibly brave (or incredibly dumb) to think he can fight Kiva untransformed. Especially if you've been keeping up to date on things, you know who he'll eventually become.

Kiva (back in Kiva Form) tries to hide from Nago.

The Fangire stumbles back to his kitchen, where on a shrouded bed lays a single white rose...

1986. Jirô sniffs the air, picking up the scent from a man leaving the cafe. He confronts him an alley. The man drank especially good coffee, and suddenly Jirô/Garulu's caffeine addiction kicks in. He turns into Fangire Form, and attacks the man, apparently killing him! Garulu howls up into the... well, the roof.

NEXT TIME: Garulu runs amok, Basshaa's monster form appears, and Castle Dran battles a giant thing! Also something about the actual plot of this one wrapping itself up.
