No Rest for the Wicked

Hey guys,

Well, once again, all my plans haven't quite worked out. This week turned out to be extremely busy, and when I wasn't preoccupied with something, I was trying to recover from jet lag. At least I managed to get the contest over and done with!

In the coming weeks, a lot of things will be happening in my personal life (namely, moving to Japan, and beginning my job as an ALT in the JET Program) and I imagine I'll be quite busy for a time. This is unfortunate considering how busy already the summer was, with all my traveling around, but that's life. As important as this site is to me, it is still just a hobby, and other things often must take precedence over it.

With that said, while I wasn't able to get up all the things I wanted this week, I have at least managed to squeeze out Kamen Rider Sigma episode #9. There's no notes, no episode #10, and nothing else (right now), but hey, it's better than nothing! The episode does feature some of my favorite scenes yet, and if you read the original version in 2004 (where #9 was the last one I ever finished), you might notice the ending is considerably different now. Don't worry, Sigma will keep going strong onto episode #10 shortly enough, but I felt I was simply running out of time to make #10 all it could be. Sorry for those of you expecting another back-to-back story, but hey, this'll make the cliffhanger even more agonizing!

While I won't have regular Internet access in the next two weeks (traveling again in case I didn't mention it), I will have my computer, and I plan to make a few offline updates to this page, which will then go live at the end of the month. These will include:

-KOTM pages for June, July, & August. Yeah, I wanted to get one up this week and just skip June, but what the heck- isn't it better to get three new KOTM all at once? The pages will then remain simultaneously until the end of August.
-Kamen Rider Sigma episode #10, the notes for 9 & 10, and a whole lot more Sigma stuff. After that, I will hopefully be able to get back to a weekly schedule of posting new episodes.
-All those old Japan pictures will finally be up, at long last. We're going back 3 trips almost now!
-A couple new Rider pages and the like. The master plan is to be done with most of the Riders by this fall, and the other major categories about the same time. By the end of the year, I'm hoping IKRP will be, more or less, "complete", at least as far as all past Rider series are concerned.

Regular, daily blogging will also resume around the end of the month. There may be a lapse in August as I don't know what my internet situation will be like, but with any luck, it won't be too long.

So in other words, this should be the most substantial update in a long time. Look forward to it at the end of the month, and enjoy the rest of July!

-Igadevil
