Edit: Or at least I was, until a larger scan of the entire page reveals that Peacock Undead may, in fact, turn out to be a Figure-Oh Magazine exclusive. @#$%! (-_-)
No pics of Tiger yet, but here's da Peacock:
I did manage to get the Figure-Oh Garren/Peacock Undead RH exclusive figures eventually, so I hope I'll either be able to score one of these or he'll come out in a general release later. Because dammit, there needs to be more Undead toys!
uuugh. This Undead is really ugly. I have seen monsters really uglys, but Peacock Undead is the champion of the ugly monsters.
ReplyDeletePeacock undead owns, mostly because Tachibana's little sub-arc involving him equally owned. I can't say I'm a huge fan of SIC Garren, but he'd look pretty cool posed with him if he was poseable. Too bad he can't be posed in an "I'm getting pwned" pose. :(
ReplyDeleteYou obviously haven't seen Level 2 from Shin Kamen Rider yet, Deka Black. :D
ReplyDeleteOoooh. I'm all over that. The Artworks Monsters line is gorgeous; I hope they get around to doing FIRSTy Spider/Bat/Snake/Cobra.
ReplyDeleteArtwork monster line got gorgeous sculpt, but the painting is often sloppy and I tend to hate the posing. While all the orphs are pretty well-posed like Horse, Dragon, and Wolf, the undeads (especially Joker) is just awfully posed imo. This Peacock looks decent pose-wise. Just hope they dont screw up the painting again.
ReplyDelete0_0 Level 2?Man, must be the god of uglyness :P
ReplyDeleteOh, I dunno. I think Giraffa Undead had one of the coolest poses of all of them. If only his sword wouldn't slip out of his hand. Tarantula & Caucasus did start to droop after a while, so I hope they improve on the top-heaviness. Joker...I was too busy being amazed by how great it looked to notice the pose. (^_^)
ReplyDeleteI skipped most of the Orphenochs aside from Croc, although I might get Dragon & Crane some day.
Yeah I was tempted to snag Croc myself, if for no other reason I thought it was insanely cool they made a little Chaco.
