Finally, Amazon Rider is getting his new & improved vinyl upgrade, which rounds out the original 7 Riders (aside from eventual, inevitable and necessary-as-hell versions of "New" Kamen Rider 1 & 2.) And Kuuga comes out at the same time to boot. Which is great and all, but where's my Skyrider, Bandai?
These guys are due in May, just in time for my birthday!

ReplyDeleteI don't think they're doing bikes in scale with these figures (that would be cool though) but there's a pretty closely-scaled Banpresto version from a few years back.

ReplyDeleteI can't wait to get the Amazon Rider (I'm skipping the post-1970s Riders for the sake of sanity and room)! But don't fret, Igadevil... Sky Rider is on the way (perhaps followed by Ganganjii, according to Bandai)!
ReplyDeleteSome possibilities for upcoming Toei Heroes in the "Soul of Vinyl" line are Robot Detective K, Bibyuun (all three characters, I would assume), and Udespar from INAZUMAN FLASH. Bandai is also going to be extending the "Soul of Vinyl" line into anime with the possibility of figures for Mazinger Z, Gigantor, Devilman and Tiger Mask.
